ACCOUNT INQUIRY: I NEED MY PATIENT ID

I've recently gone to pay my doctor's statement online, but I can't seem to find my client ID. The platform is asking for it, and without it, I can't complete the payment. Can someone point me in the right direction? I checked my email from the doctor's office, but I can't find it there. Is there a different way to find my client ID? {I'm desperat
